Crooked Can Brewing Company is rooted in its founders’ passion for exceptional craft beer, authentic hospitality, and bringing people together. What began inside Historic Downtown Winter Garden’s Plant Street Market—an indoor artisan market featuring over 20 local food, beverage, and retail purveyors—has grown into one of Central Florida’s signature craft brewery brands, now spanning two vibrant destination campuses in Winter Garden and Minneola.
Built as a welcoming social gathering place with a laid-back, free-spirited culture, Crooked Can offers a dynamic alternative to traditional ballrooms and banquet halls. At the original Winter Garden location, guests enjoy over 15 house-brewed craft beers on tap across an authentic taproom, the private Barrel Room, an indoor market hall, and oak-lined brick paver patios accommodating up to 2,500 guests for special outdoor activations.
Building on over a decade of success, Crooked Can expanded in 2026 with Crooked Can Minneola—a 40,000-square-foot brewery campus just off the Florida Turnpike. Featuring a soaring modern-industrial beer hall, active brewing facility, over 10 curated food vendors, expansive lawns, covered patios, a 500-space parking lot, and a dedicated 4,500-square-foot second-floor indoor/outdoor event level for up to 400 guests (with full-campus buyouts scaling up to 3,000 guests), Minneola brings true event-campus scale to Central Florida.
Across both locations, groups can pair custom menus from local artisan food vendors with interactive brewery tours, craft beer tastings, live entertainment, and flexible indoor-outdoor spaces tailored for everything from intimate 30-guest mixers to multi-thousand-guest corporate block parties.

Since Day 1, aVenue Event Group has served as Crooked Can’s dedicated private event sales, marketing, and venue management partner. Our team manages the entire private event lifecycle—from lead generation, custom proposals, and contracting to coordinating with over 10 artisan food vendors at each campus and executing seamless on-site events. We meet weekly with Crooked Can’s ownership and operations leadership to align on upcoming events, build marketing strategies, and drive year-round revenue growth across both locations.
Early in our partnership at Winter Garden, aVenue also built and managed a unified digital platform combining Plant Street Market, Crooked Can Brewing Company, and Private Events into a single lead-generating tool—winning “Best Website” in Unique Venues (2018). As the partnership has grown over the past decade, aVenue has expanded that digital footprint with 3D Matterport virtual tours, dedicated venue sales kits, and streamlined booking workflows for both Winter Garden and Minneola.
Crooked Can & aVenue Event Group
aVenue Event Group teamed up with Crooked Can in 2015. Crooked Can hosted just 3 events in its first six months, handled mostly by in-house staff. Once they partnered with aVenue to build a dedicated private events program, volume jumped from 3 events in the first six months to 45 events the following year—and we have consistently hosted 50+ events per year for over 10 years since.
In 2026—celebrating more than a decade of partnership and over 500 events hosted together—Crooked Can and aVenue Event Group expanded our collaboration to launch private events at the brand-new Crooked Can Minneola brewery campus. Today, aVenue proudly represents both Central Florida locations, connecting corporate planners, convention groups, and private hosts with Crooked Can Winter Garden and Crooked Can Minneola.
