  • New Bohemia is the transformation of a traditional bier hall into what we like to call the “New American Craft Bier Hall”, pouring 36 of the finest local and International craft
    beers in the country.  “New Bo” has over 5 locations across the Minneapolis – St Paul metro area.
  • Seventh Street Truck Park. The great American road trip is what dreams are built upon, a quirky rite of passage that allows people to hit the open road, sit under the stars, get lost
    in an amazing soundtrack and experience the people.  Located Downtown St Paul near the River Centre.
  • The Freight House is a staple in the first town settled in Minnesota – Stillwater. The Freight House is listed on the National Registrar of Historic Places
  • Myth Live is the Midwest’s premier concert and private event venue, versatile, large scale – state of the art sound and lighting equipment

Avenue Event Group began working with the M5 Management Group’s Minnesota venues in late 2018. This partnership would showcase a new business strategy for AEG as it would be the first venue group that would be managed remotely.

M5 is the premier venue group in the Twin Cities for special events.

Avenue Event Group is comprised of a large team with experienced backgrounds in sales and marketing and we know our ability to sell any venue space is far beyond our competition. With our newest branch in Minnesota we decided to rise to new heights (literally) and run the sales and marketing operation from Orlando. After a few trips and connecting with our main point of contact in Minnesota we were ready to put our skills to the test. Within the first year, Avenue Event Group successfully sold 20+ events and exceeded our original goal of $100K in event revenue.

Not only does AEG bring a large team of professionals we also assist with the marketing aspect as well. Avenue Event Group implemented a few changes to the venue websites and also ran targeted campaigns for convention and meeting groups coming to the Minneapolis- St. Paul area to increase the lead traffic to over 200+ qualified leads in 2019. In addition, we introduced a new CRM software, Gather. Our CRM software is not only convenient for our clients, but it also allows our venue partners to get a concise breakdown of the events sold. On top of the website changes and the CRM, we also manage the entire sales process from start to finish. We know how important it is to effectively communicate with our clients and we take pride in managing all leads, phone calls, and contracts so our venue partners can focus on their core restaurant business.  Another aspect that has really helped in this market is our state-of-the-art virtual tours. Our Sales Managers are able to effectively sell any of our spaces to any clients without even leaving their desks!
