Another thing that sets us apart from traditional wedding planners is that we fill in all the gaps surrounding your wedding events. Is your reception at a different venue than your ceremony? Don’t have your guests depend on a ride-share service! We can provide transportation to-and-from the reception – making sure your guests arrive safely and on time.

The wedding BEFORE your wedding

In most cases, the night before the wedding is reserved for the rehearsal dinner. This is your opportunity to get all the kinks out. It’s also your chance to make sure everybody knows where they need to be the next day – which can feel like herding cats! Add this stress to the fact that you’re less than 24 hours away from tying the knot, and the tension adds up quickly. Let us help take the pressure off. Since we can plan your entire wedding weekend, this would fall under our scope. Not only do we help “herd cats,” but we make sure your rehearsal dinner is focused on you by providing an event coordinator on-site. We don’t want you to be the one scrambling around, calling caterers or making sure “Uncle Steve” knows where to go. 

Lastly, we make sure your rehearsal dinner is just as special as your wedding, but not nearly as expensive! Naturally, your dinner will have fewer people in attendance than your wedding, but our ability to group vendors together means we leverage the different services you’re already paying for – giving you better rates for both events. This is what we in the industry call a win-win!

The morning after…

There’s no real expectation for a morning-after brunch. It’s really at your own discretion. However, it is becoming increasingly more popular, and it’s a great way to keep the celebration going. It’s also a thoughtful way of thanking your out-of-town guests who traveled to be there for YOU. 

This is another area where we shine. What’s great about the day-after brunch is that, well, it’s the day after your wedding! Leave it to us; we can get creative and make the brunch feel special while staying on budget.
