EMBRAER PRIVATE JETS. Embraer is a Brazilian aerospace company that manufacturers aircraft across the military, commercial airline and executive sectors. Embraer executive jets division began in 2000 and now offers one of the most diverse portfolio of private jets.
Embraer required a Hangar with enough venue space for their 2 jets, and an event production company to execute this critical unveiling event at NBAA 2018 in Orlando.

EMBRAER and AEG teamed up to plan and produce the “Praetor Jets Unveiling” during NBAA in 2018, a milestone event that saw the unveiling of 2 new jets – Praetor 500 and Praetor 600. Clients and Aviation Professionals from around the world were left with lasting memories from this experiential marketing event.

How we contributed to the event's success
Senior Corporate Planner and Managing Partner of AEG – Jill Vance was the lead on the Embraer Unveiling event. Embraer inquired with ‘The Hangar’ as it was a natural fit for their event needs for this showcase during NBAA (National Business Aviation Association) in October of 2018. However, this event had a ton of moving parts! Embraer’s vision for the event was a “Top Gun” theme, where they wanted to create a reception area draped off from the rest of the hangar space where the Praetor Jets were anxiously awaiting their big unveiling. In addition, the hangar needed to be air conditioned and ‘blacked out’ so no light could come through (in the middle of the day) so that the video production, fog and lighting would be extremely impactful for the big unveiling, which came in the form of a kabuki drop!
