The Hangar is one of Orlando’s most unique private event venues, offering access to exclusive airplane hangars at Orlando Executive Airport for unforgettable corporate events, galas, private parties, and brand activations. Through aVenue Event Group’s airport partnerships, clients can host events in a setting that combines massive scale, aviation intrigue, and a level of privacy and exclusivity that few venues can match. It is a dramatic alternative to traditional hotel ballrooms and banquet spaces, designed for planners who want to create a true wow-factor experience.
With multiple hangar options available, including a 6,000-square-foot hangar and a 20,000-square-foot hangar, The Hangar can accommodate everything from intimate receptions to large-scale productions. The venue serves as a blank canvas for highly customized events and can be enhanced with staging, AV, lighting, florals, entertainment, event branding, and other premium event elements. Whether you are planning a polished corporate experience or an over-the-top celebration, The Hangar provides a striking setting that makes an immediate impression.
Due to the unique nature of our venue and our restrictions with the FAA and GOAA (Greater Orlando Aviation Authority), we are not permitted to host Weddings, Proms, or Ticketed Events at the Hangar. We are an ideal fit for corporate events and functions. We apologize for any inconvenience!
