5/19/2026 – Over the past several years, Chapel & Cellar has become a meaningful part of the aVenue Event Group portfolio. We have had the privilege of welcoming couples, families, vendors, and guests into a space that has hosted hundreds of beautiful celebrations, intimate weddings, and unforgettable moments.
As aVenue Event Group continues to evolve, our company is increasingly focused on larger-scale venue partnerships, corporate events, destination meetings, hospitality consulting, travel logistics, and strategic venue management opportunities. With that continued growth and shift in direction, we have made the decision not to renew our lease for Chapel & Cellar when it expires at the end of 2026.
This was not an easy decision. Chapel & Cellar is a special venue with a strong brand, a loyal vendor community, and a proven history as a charming setting for weddings and private events. However, the venue’s current operating model no longer aligns with the long-term direction of aVenue Event Group.
Most importantly, all currently booked events remain fully confirmed and will continue as planned. Our team remains committed to delivering the same level of care, service, and professionalism for every client already on the calendar.
At this time, aVenue Event Group is not accepting new reservations for Chapel & Cellar for 2027 and beyond.
While aVenue will not be leading the next chapter of Chapel & Cellar, we would love to see the space continue in the hands of the right steward. The property owner is open to conversations with qualified parties who may be interested in taking over the venue space or exploring a future use for the building.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of Chapel & Cellar’s story — from the couples who trusted us with one of the most important days of their lives, to the vendors who helped bring each event to life, to the clients and guests who made the space so memorable.
Chapel & Cellar has been a beautiful chapter for aVenue, and we are proud of what it has become.
As we look ahead, we remain excited about the future of aVenue Event Group and the continued growth of our venue, hospitality, planning, and travel brands.
