Partial and full venue buyouts can scale to approximately 2,000–3,000 guests, depending on layout, event format, and production needs.

Seated Style Venue Capacity:

Smaller seated events can be hosted in select private and semi-private areas throughout the venue.
Second-floor indoor/outdoor event area can likely seat approximately 150–250 guests, depending on layout and service style.
Larger seated events may be accommodated through partial or full buyouts using the taproom, patios, lawn areas, and outdoor campus space.

Crooked Can Minneola is a large-scale brewery event destination designed for private events, group experiences, brewery tours, outdoor gatherings, and full-campus celebrations. Featuring an expansive indoor-outdoor layout, modern industrial design, multiple bars, active brewery elements, flexible event areas, patios, lawn space, and a second-floor indoor/outdoor event space, the venue offers a dynamic alternative to traditional ballrooms and banquet halls. From corporate receptions and networking events to rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, community celebrations, social gatherings, and large-scale buyouts, Crooked Can Minneola delivers the energy of a craft brewery with the flexibility and scale of a true event campus.

40,000 sq. ft. full venue footprint with approximately half dedicated to the brewery operation and half designed as the beer hall, restaurant, taproom, and guest-facing event areas.
