aVenue Event Group first partnered with Swegon during AHR Expo 2025 in Orlando, where we hosted their event at Lonely Dog, one of aVenue’s exclusive venue partners. That initial collaboration gave Swegon a unique, well-managed setting that stood apart from more traditional conference-adjacent options and allowed their team to create a memorable experience for guests during one of the industry’s most important annual gatherings. The success of that first program helped establish the foundation for a continued partnership.
Building on that momentum, Swegon brought aVenue back in 2026 to serve as their planner for their AHR Expo event in Las Vegas at Cheri Rooftop at Paris Las Vegas. In that role, our team supported the planning and execution of the event while helping ensure a smooth guest experience in a completely different market and venue environment. Together, the two events highlight how aVenue can support clients not only by providing access to exclusive venues, but also by serving as a trusted planning partner across cities and event formats.

One of the clearest examples of the value of onsite event planning came through aVenue’s work with Swegon during AHR Expo events in both Orlando and Las Vegas. Live events rarely go exactly as planned, and in high-attendance environments, even a small check-in issue can quickly create stress, delays, and a poor first impression.
During Swegon’s Las Vegas event, when the check-in machines went down, Bethany and Jacob immediately stepped in, adapted the process in real time, and used iPads to manually scan and check guests in so the line kept moving and the event could begin smoothly. That ability to problem-solve on the spot created a more efficient guest arrival experience, reduced stress for the client, and helped ensure attendees spent less time waiting and more time enjoying the event.
