What is now one of Central Florida’s most sought-after event venues began as an underutilized architectural feature—a 15,000 square foot outdoor balcony space that was never originally designed or activated as a standalone venue. Nearly a decade after the building opened, aVenue recognized the opportunity to transform that overlooked asset into something exceptional. At the time, the space was tied to a marketing agency operating within the building, but the true potential of the balcony as a destination event venue had not yet been realized.
aVenue helped bring that vision to life by reimagining both the indoor and outdoor experience from the ground up. We renovated approximately 6,000 square feet of interior office space into what is now The Gallery, created a true green room and bridal suite, and installed a stunning permanent market lighting structure that elevated the balcony into a fully immersive event environment. From there, we developed the brand, sales strategy, and marketing plan that positioned The Balcony as the crown jewel of Downtown Orlando’s event scene. The result is a venue that did not previously exist in the market, now recognized as a leading setting for weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and large-scale experiences of all kinds.
